Learning Steps was founded on 11th August 2009 by the visionary Mr. Anupam Sharma, with a singular purpose — to provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Education under one roof for children with special needs.

With a modest beginning on 11th August 2009, Learning Steps was founded with a singular vision — to meet the physical, social, emotional, scholastic, co-scholastic, and daily living skill needs of children with special needs, all under one roof.

We have designed a comprehensive programme for the holistic development of each child, recognising the vital partnership between parent, child, and school. At Learning Steps, every child is trained in a skill — guiding them from Learning to Earning. We hold every child's hand in their journey toward excellence, motivating them to overcome challenges and stretch their potential to its fullest limit.

Late Mr. Anupam Sharma

"Learning Steps, Faridabad" was the brainchild of our visionary Late Mr. Anupam Sharma — a compassionate, loving, and caring father of two children. One of them a child with special needs (cerebral palsy along with hearing impairment), and the other an ideal mainstream child. Mr. Sharma exhibited a unique style and approach to raising both children in the best possible manner, highlighting their strengths and supporting them to overcome their weaknesses.

Mr. Sharma started Learning Steps on 11th August 2009, with a desire to provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Education — all under a single roof — as a comprehensive package for the holistic development of children with special needs.

The directions given by Mr. Sharma will always be cherished and will serve as the guiding light for nurturing every child through their journey at Learning Steps.
